Argo Blockchain CEO Justin Nolan Steps Down, Business Shifts to AI Infrastructure

Bitcoin mining company Argo Blockchain's CEO Justin Nolan has stepped down as of August 30, receiving a one-time cash compensation of $250,000, with taxes withheld at the standard rate. The agreement will officially take effect after a seven-day period, provided the right of rescission is not exercised. During the search for a successor, the current management team will be responsible for day-to-day operations under the supervision of the board. The company is particularly seeking candidates with experience in capital raising and operational execution in the data center and artificial intelligence technology sectors.
