Avalanche Treasury Corporation (AVAT) has until Feb. 2, 2027, to address two Nasdaq listing deficiencies after its share price fell below $1 and its market value of listed securities dropped below 35 million dollars for 33 consecutive business days. Currently trading at approximately 0.32 dollars, AVAT's share price must more than triple to meet the minimum bid requirement. Additionally, the market value must recover to at least 35 million dollars. The notices do not immediately affect AVAT's listing, and shares continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company must maintain compliance for at least 10 consecutive business days before Nasdaq confirms it. AVAT has not disclosed a definitive remediation plan but mentioned a reverse stock split as a potential solution for the bid-price deficiency. However, this would not increase the market value needed for compliance. Earlier this year, AVAX One, another Avalanche-focused treasury company, executed a 1-for-12 reverse stock split to regain compliance after falling below the $1 minimum bid requirement. AVAT emerged from a merger with Mountain Lake Acquisition Corp., valued at over 675 million dollars, and holds more than 15 million AVAX, including over 7.2 million staked tokens. The company aims to invest across the Avalanche ecosystem, distinguishing itself from other crypto treasury companies amid challenging market conditions.
