Battlefield Map of Ukraine as of August 31, 2026
The 1650th day of the war in Ukraine continues. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there were 225 combat clashes in the past 24 hours. The enemy launched 91 airstrikes, dropping 288 guided bombs, deployed 11,517 kamikaze drones, and carried out 2,966 shellings of populated areas and positions of Ukrainian troops. Artillery shelling targeted the settlements of Tolstodubovo, Bachevsk, Bessalevka, and others. Airstrikes occurred in Yastrebshchyna and Svobodnaya Sloboda. Defense forces struck two areas of enemy troop concentration, six UAV control points, and other important targets. In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, two enemy assault actions were recorded, while three attacks were noted in the Southern Slobozhansky direction. In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy advanced five times, and in the Lyman direction, 15 times. In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy conducted eight assault actions. In the Konstantynivka direction, 23 attacks were recorded, and in the Pokrovsk direction, 36. In the Hulyaipole direction, the occupiers attacked the defenders' positions 11 times. In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders thwarted four attempts by the enemy to advance. No signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
