Bect has started preparations for the domestic sale of Skyworth's commercial LED displays. Following the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement in May, test products were shipped from China on the 21st. Bect plans to prepare for KC certification with this sample and review patented technologies to refine distribution and sales procedures. Skyworth has completed the maintenance of products for the Korean market and has begun preparations for the production of a product line featuring image quality correction technology. This process marks the first step towards domestic sales following the distribution agreement, with Bect also targeting the public procurement market. KC certification is a national certification that verifies safety standards for electrical and electronic products, and Bect is considering both private sales and public procurement simultaneously. Skyworth offers a variety of commercial LED digital signage products and has secured price competitiveness. The Korean LED display market is expected to grow from $450 million to $520 million in 2023 to between $950 million and $1.2 billion by 2035. Bect plans to enter the market by combining installation and after-sales service capabilities.
