Commerce Employees to Receive 1.9% Raise and 25,000 Payment in September
Commerce employees will receive in September 2026 salaries corresponding to August, which include the second installment of the 1.9% raise agreed upon between FAECyS and the business chambers. The agreement establishes a total increase of 5.7% for the July-September quarter, distributed in three increments of 1.9%. Additionally, they will receive the second installment of 25,000 from the 'Extraordinary One-Time Payment -- Review 2026'. The September salaries include 120,000 in non-remunerative concepts, composed of a non-remunerative increase of 100,000 and another 20,000 for compensation. The amounts do not include seniority or additional payments. The basic and total salaries for different categories are: Maintenance A: 1,160,461 (total 1,305,461), Maintenance B: 1,163,793 (total 1,308,793), Maintenance C: 1,175,464 (total 1,320,464); Administrative A: 1,172,965 (total 1,317,965), B: 1,177,971 (total 1,322,971), C: 1,182,970 (total 1,327,970), D: 1,197,978 (total 1,342,978), E: 1,210,482 (total 1,355,482), F: 1,228,824 (total 1,373,824); Specialized Assistants A: 1,187,140 (total 1,332,140), B: 1,202,145 (total 1,347,145); Cashiers A: 1,177,132 (total 1,322,132), B: 1,182,970 (total 1,327,970), C: 1,190,474 (total 1,335,474); Auxiliary Staff A: 1,177,132 (total 1,322,132), B: 1,185,469 (total 1,330,469), C: 1,212,983 (total 1,357,983); Salespeople A: 1,177,132 (total 1,322,132), B: 1,202,148 (total 1,347,148), C: 1,210,482 (total 1,355,482), D: 1,228,824 (total 1,373,824). The agreement also includes an extraordinary payment of 50,000, divided into two installments of 25,000. The third increase of 1.9% will be reflected in the September payment, and the non-remunerative sum of 120,000 will remain in effect, gradually being incorporated into the basic salaries starting in December 2026.
