He emphasized that enhancing South Korea's competitiveness is crucial, and the government needs to identify trends, plan for the future, and lay the foundation for innovation. Additionally, Lee mentioned that ensuring solid industrial growth potential and a strong energy security system is key to building a nation capable of withstanding changes in the external environment, urging the government to strive for diversification of export markets and supply chains.
