PONS Collateral Loan Market Operated by Longbow

A loan market using PONS from the Robinhood chain is being operated by Longbow. Robinhood opened its public mainnet on July 1 and describes itself as an Ethereum-compatible Layer 2. Robinhood is also running 'Robinhood Earn', which lends USDG to the Morpho protocol. Withdrawals of loan amounts may be delayed depending on liquidity, and asset recovery may be delayed in the event of a decline in collateral value. On-chain loans are not covered by government-backed insurance. Longbow claims to be a credit layer, allowing USDG to be borrowed against various assets. The utilization rate of the PONS market is approximately 99-100%, which may reduce liquidity for additional loans. The market capitalization of PONS is reported to be $128.64 million, with liquidity at $2.2 million. The official documentation for PONS includes warnings about volatility and lack of liquidity. There is a discrepancy in fee aggregation between CoinDesk and Ponsinomics, and PONS is evaluated as an asset that generates high fees. Currently, Robinhood has not officially confirmed a dedicated credit market for PONS, and external protocols are in the stage of operating the collateral market.
