Shelling Leaves Five Regions Without Power, Energy Facilities Damaged in Odesa Region

As of the morning of August 10, the most challenging situation with electricity supply is observed in the Odesa region, where restoration work continues following attacks on energy facilities. A significant portion of previously disconnected consumers has already been reconnected to the power supply. Over the past day, Russian troops have again attacked energy facilities in the Odesa region. Energy workers are working to restore damaged equipment. Consumers in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions also remain without power. There are no forecasts for the introduction of electricity restrictions on August 10. Consumers are advised to shift active electricity use to the period from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and to use it sparingly. As of the morning of August 7, 118 settlements in seven regions of Ukraine remain without electricity, and power outages have also been recorded in five regions due to hostilities.
