The payment schedule for pensions and retirements from the Social Security Institute (IPS) of Buenos Aires will begin on July 30, 2026. Payments will be made according to the last digit of the National Identity Document (DNI). On July 30, those with DNIs ending in 0, 1, 2, and 3, as well as non-contributory social pensions, will receive their payments. On July 31, it will be the turn of DNIs ending in 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. The deadline for window payments will be August 24, 2026. Deposits are credited according to the official IPS schedule, although the availability of funds may vary by bank. Beneficiaries can verify the deposit and download their receipt through IPS's digital services. To access ordinary retirement, one must have reached retirement age and have at least 35 years of service with contributions. The process must be initiated with the necessary documentation, which includes the DNI and service certifications, and may require a prior appointment.
