U.S. Treasury Sanctions Autistici Inventati, Palestine Action, and Masar Badil
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control has imposed sanctions on the Italian organization Autistici Inventati, the British organization Palestine Action, and the multinational organization Masar Badil under the revised Executive Order 13224. The sanctions also target two leaders of Masar Badil, Zaid Abdulnasser and Rawa Alsagheer. The Treasury stated that Autistici Inventati provides digital infrastructure and technical services to "anti-fascist" groups and other violent far-left extremist organizations; Palestine Action was designated as a terrorist organization by the UK government in July 2025; Masar Badil is accused of being an affiliate of the already sanctioned organization Samidoun and has connections to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), which is designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the U.S. The sanctioned entities' assets and property interests within the U.S. or controlled by U.S. persons will be frozen, and U.S. persons are prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
