Vancelian in Judicial Liquidation After PSAN Withdrawal

Vancelian has been placed in judicial liquidation by the Commercial Court of Antibes, one month after the AMF withdrew its PSAN registration. The cessation of payments is set for July 1, 2026. The liquidator is SELARL MJ LEFORT, represented by Master Yann Lefort. Creditors have two months to declare their claims. The withdrawal of the AMF approval on June 30 had already prohibited Vancelian from continuing its activities in France. Despite a turnover of €13.79 million as of December 31, 2024, the company reported a net loss of €187,400 and an operating loss of €1.09 million. The liquidation complicates the situation for users holding crypto-assets on the platform, who must declare their holdings to the liquidator. Automata France, registered with the Antibes Trade and Companies Register since August 2021, was active in crypto-asset mining and the development of exchange platforms. The president is Xavier Gomez, appointed in August 2024.
