The activity of large holders may provide clues about future market movements; however, individual transactions do not guarantee further increases or decreases. Monitoring whale activities is crucial as it allows for real-time observation of token flows. Massive purchases may suggest accumulation, while sales can increase market supply. Transfers between exchanges and private wallets are key, where sending XRP to private wallets may indicate an intention for long-term holding. A reduction in token availability on exchanges can limit supply, and large transfers from wallets to exchanges may suggest readiness to sell. Therefore, it is worthwhile to consider whale movements as one of the elements in market analysis.
