Zuckerberg is building a CEO agent, and "AI agent social" has emerged within Meta
According to a report by the WSJ, Meta Platforms (META.O) CEO Mark Zuckerberg hopes that everyone inside and outside the company will eventually have their own personal AI agent, starting with himself. According to insiders, Zuckerberg is developing a CEO agent to help him manage work affairs.
The agent is still in development and is helping Zuckerberg access information more quickly. For example, it retrieves responses that would typically require layers of communication to obtain. The use of AI tools has rapidly spread within Meta, partly because it has now become a consideration in employee performance evaluations.
Insiders revealed that Meta's internal message board is filled with employees sharing newly discovered AI cases and the new tools they are building with AI. Employees have begun using personal agent tools like My Claw, which can access their chat histories and work documents and communicate on their behalf with colleagues (or their colleagues' personal agents). There is even a group on the internal message board where employee personal agents communicate with each other.
