菲律宾证券交易委员会（SEC）已经向公众发出投资者警告，明确指出dYdX和其他六个平台在未注册的情况下不被允许在菲律宾进行投资招揽。根据SEC的调查，这些平台似乎向公众提供投资机会，并承诺回报、利润或利息，而这些实体没有在菲律宾取得必要的加密资产服务提供商（CASP）资格。
未注册加密平台的推广后果
未获得SEC授权的平台如果通过承诺收益吸引投资者，将涉及违反菲律宾证券法规。根据证券法规第28条和73条，违法者可能会面临高达500万菲律宾比索（约合8.9万美元）的罚款或长达21年的监禁，甚至两者同时适用。菲律宾目前已经从简单的警告转向更严厉的采取措施，防止未授权的加密平台卷入市场。
更广泛的打击行动
此次警告是菲律宾监管机构加强对未授权加密平台打击力度的又一举措。2024年，监管机构在币安过期未合规后，立即采取行动封锁其访问权限，并通过应用商店下架其交易应用。2025年底，作为对无证CASP更大范围整治的一部分，菲律宾监管者封锁了Coinbase和Gemini。
更多平台被列为关注对象
8月时，菲律宾SEC发布公告，将包括OKX、Bybit、KuCoin和Kraken在内的十家交易所列为未注册提供加密服务的风险平台，指出其活动增加了菲律宾投资者的风险敞口。因此，对于未能取得相应注册的平台，菲律宾的监管措施显得尤为严厉。
