The founder of Zcash Open Development Lab (ZODL), Josh Swihart, provided an update on this week's progress. The Zodl wallet has launched the migration from Orchard to Ironwood in Android version 3.9.0 and iOS version 3.9.1, along with the Slipstream synchronization engine, and has released multiple rounds of urgent bug fixes. The Coinholder Polling has adopted new voting logic, extracted an independent voting API, and resolved multiple bundle delegation issues. The Multi-Account feature is under review, and the design exploration for new spending features has commenced. On the Zcash Core side, the synchronization defect that caused wallet corruption due to the Zebra backend has been closed, and the backend now reports errors explicitly; the migration path from zcashd to Zallet is being advanced, supporting pre-Sapling seedless wallet parsing and address import CLI commands, and expanding the functionality of the zcash_pool_migration crate.
