Yushu Technology's Online Subscription Lottery, 10% of Shares for Offline Investors Locked for 6 Months
Yushu Technology today conducted the online subscription lottery for its initial public offering (IPO). The offline issuance amounted to 25.886148 million shares, accounting for 80% of the total issuance after deducting the strategic placement. 10% of the shares allocated to offline investors will be locked for 6 months, while 90% of the shares can be traded immediately after listing. The lock-up period is calculated from the date of the issuer's IPO and listing. The issuer and the sponsor will hold the lottery draw ceremony at the Shanghai Securities Building on the morning of August 11, 2026, and the results will be announced on August 12, 2026.
